ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
ORAL and POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations will be limited to invited speakers. However, we encourage all participants for abstract submission for poster presentations in topics relevant to the theme of the workshop.


The deadline for submitting your poster abstract is January 15, 2019

 

The abstract should include the title, author name(s), affiliation(s), the contact e-mail of corresponding author, and the main scientific text.

The main text of the poster abstract must not exceed 300 words and should be submitted in double-spaced format; prepared in Arial 11-point font. The abstract title, author name(s) and affilation(s) are not counted within this word limit.

 

After abstract submission, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you decide not to participate in the symposium, please inform us as soon as possible.

Each abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the final decision will be e-mailed to you by January 20th 2019.

Abstract submissions accepted by the Scientific Committee will be published in the organisation book only if the presenting author is registered by 30 January 2019.

 

For Students and First-time Presenters:

When your proposal is accepted as a poster presentation, you are also required to design a research poster including author name(s), title of the study, research problem(s) or hypotheses, methods, results, and conclusions sections. References should be also cited accordingly.

The maximum size for the posters is 90 cm wide x 120 cm tall.

Posters will be on display for the entire duration of the symposium ‘’Structural Geology and Global Tectonics: Links to Lithosphere Evolution and Mantle Geodynamics’’.

The presenters are expected to be standing by their posters on (date/time).
